Deconstructed Bean & Veggie Tacos (No Shells Needed)

Pantry Staples:

  • Canned black or pinto beans

  • Canned corn or mixed vegetables

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Onion

  • Taco seasoning or cumin

  • Rice or lettuce (if available)

Instructions:

  1. Warm beans and vegetables in a skillet with seasoning.

  2. Serve over rice or greens, or enjoy as-is.

  3. Top with anything on hand — salsa, cheese, or avocado if available.
