Deconstructed Bean & Veggie Tacos (No Shells Needed)

Pantry Staples:
Canned black or pinto beans
Canned corn or mixed vegetables
Optional Add-Ins:
Onion
Taco seasoning or cumin
Rice or lettuce (if available)
Instructions:
Warm beans and vegetables in a skillet with seasoning.
Serve over rice or greens, or enjoy as-is.
Top with anything on hand — salsa, cheese, or avocado if available.
