Perry W. McCartney is the Founder and President of Simple Truth Foundation, Inc., bringing decades of entrepreneurial experience, strategic leadership, and a lifelong commitment to community service. An ordained pastor, his leadership is guided by faith, family values, and a passion for helping others.

Under his vision and direction, the Foundation has established successful partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, including AdventHealth and Orlando Health. These collaborations have expanded into a multi-location employee food pantry program serving thousands of healthcare team members and their families, providing millions of meals while helping alleviate financial pressures and support employee well-being.

Beyond his professional achievements, Perry has actively supported youth sports through coaching and sponsorships. He is a devoted husband, father of seven, and proud grandfather of 20.

Perry continues to lead the Foundation with its founding mission at heart: “To provide help wherever help is needed.”His vision emphasizes sustainable partnerships, compassionate service, and measurable community impact.

Our Executive Team
Margarita is married with a strong faith background.
​Originally from Guatemala, Central America, she immigrated to the United States in the 1970s and completed her high school education at Miami High, followed by attending Miami Dade College. Ultimately, graduated from the Florida School of Baking at the University of Florida and obtained a Florida Real Estate Associate License.
Her career journey began in 1978 as a bank teller, eventually ascending to the position of Vice President, an executive role, before retiring in 2023.
She worked for a Community Bank located in the Mount Dora Area throughout her banking career.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a deep-seated passion for assisting the less fortunate in her community. She actively participates in various service and volunteer initiatives, dedicating my time to serve on the boards of several service clubs and non-profit organizations.

Rose Bachmann
Operations/COO
Rose Bachmann's career spans over 30 years, with more than 20 years of experience in organizational management, strategic planning, and operations in the Restaurant, Retail & Wireless industry.
She has also been dedicated to non-profit organizations for over a decade and currently serves as COO board member of Simple Truth Foundation, where her expertise has been instrumental in expanding the organization's reach and impact.
Rose's passion for non-profit work began during her transition from the corporate world in the early 2000s, and she has since held several management positions at all levels before joining Simple Truth Foundation.
In the past, her leadership skills have been put to the test as she has managed a team of over 150 employees and a region that encompassed 7 states.
In addition to her professional achievements, Rose is an avid football fan and a creative person who enjoys using her creativity in all aspects of her life. She strongly believes that everyone has the power to make a positive impact in their community, and she is committed to utilizing her skills and experience to make a difference.
Jessica Lento, the Product Control Officer at Simple Truth Foundation, is married and was born in Miami. She is one of seven children, including three sets of twins, of which she is a part.Jessica graduated from South Dade High School and pursued further education at Miami Dade College.​Having dedicated the past decade to the Simple Truth Foundation, Jessica's enthusiasm and steadfast kindness have played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce. Her innate leadership qualities and deep-seated desire to assist others resonate with everyone she encounters.​Beyond her professional endeavors, Jessica's passions include her family, friends, music, and her love for animals.

Nancy Jolly is an accomplished professional with a rich background in leadership, public speaking, and project management. With a keen eye for data analytics and exceptional communication skills, she has successfully led teams and spearheaded initiatives to enhance employee and customer satisfaction.​Nancy's expertise extends across various sectors, from healthcare to technology, where she has played pivotal roles in client services and product management. With a Bachelor's degree in Education and Six Sigma Certification, she combines academic rigor with practical experience to drive impactful results in her endeavors.​Currently, Nancy serves as the Program Development Director at Simple Truth Foundation, leveraging her skills and passion to drive positive change and community development.
