These three recipes were created using common pantry items to help individuals and families make the most of what they receive—without stress, extra cost, or complicated steps.
Hearty Pantry Bean & Rice Bowl

This comforting bowl is packed with protein and fiber, making it a filling and nutritious healthy meal for lunch or dinner. Pantry Items
Canned black beans or pinto beans
White or brown rice
Canned corn
Canned diced tomatoes
Optional Add-Ins
Onion, garlic, or bell peppers
Salt, pepper, or chili powder
Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Heat beans, corn, and tomatoes together in a pan.
Season to taste and serve over rice.
