Savory Chickpea & Potato Skillet

Pantry Staples:
Canned chickpeas
Canned potatoes (or fresh, if available)
Optional Add-Ins:
Onion
Garlic powder
Paprika or cumin
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Instructions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas and potatoes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion if using.
Add chickpeas and potatoes, season well.
Sauté until lightly crispy and warmed through.
