Savory Chickpea & Potato Skillet

Pantry Staples:

  • Canned chickpeas

  • Canned potatoes (or fresh, if available)


Optional Add-Ins:

  • Onion

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika or cumin

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Chickpea & Potato Skillet

Instructions:

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas and potatoes.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion if using.

  3. Add chickpeas and potatoes, season well.

  4. Sauté until lightly crispy and warmed through.
