In 2015, I headed a group that was charged with implementing an employee food pantry at Advent Health Orlando. We soon realized that this was a bigger project than we bargained for, and so we turned the project over to the Simple Truth Foundation. What a great idea that turned out to be! STF quickly transformed our operations, organizing the physical space, stocking much more food than we could, and adding the administrative details that we had overlooked. They continue to successfully operate in that space today.
