President/Founder As the President and founder of the Simple Truth Foundation, Perry is a lifelong entrepreneur, ordained pastor, and deeply committed to his faith. He is married, with seven children, and proud to be a grandfather to 17 wonderful grandchildren.
Perry's passion for sports is evident through his years of coaching and sponsoring football, basketball, and baseball teams. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him through various business ventures, including automotive shops, toy manufacturing, marketing and sales, real estate investments, auctioneering/liquidations, and golf publishing. The Foundation was established by Perry with a singular purpose: "To provide help…where help is needed." His vision drives the creation of programs aimed at making a tangible difference, inspiring communities and organizations to engage and maintain involvement. |

Margarita P. McCartney
Vice President/CFO Margarita is married with a strong faith background.
Originally from Guatemala, Central America, she immigrated to the United States in the 1970s and completed her high school education at Miami High, followed by attending Miami Dade College. Ultimately, graduated from the Florida School of Baking at the University of Florida and obtained a Florida Real Estate Associate License. Her career journey began in 1978 as a bank teller, eventually ascending to the position of Vice President, an executive role, before retiring in 2023. She worked for a Community Bank located in the Mount Dora Area throughout her banking career. Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a deep-seated passion for assisting the less fortunate in her community. She actively participates in various service and volunteer initiatives, dedicating my time to serve on the boards of several service clubs and non-profit organizations. |

Rose Bachmann
Operations/COO Rose Bachmann's career spans over 30 years, with more than 20 years of experience in organizational management, strategic planning, and operations in the Restaurant, Retail & Wireless industry.
She has also been dedicated to non-profit organizations for over a decade and currently serves as COO board member of Simple Truth Foundation, where her expertise has been instrumental in expanding the organization's reach and impact. Rose's passion for non-profit work began during her transition from the corporate world in the early 2000s, and she has since held several management positions at all levels before joining Simple Truth Foundation. In the past, her leadership skills have been put to the test as she has managed a team of over 150 employees and a region that encompassed 7 states. In addition to her professional achievements, Rose is an avid football fan and a creative person who enjoys using her creativity in all aspects of her life. She strongly believes that everyone has the power to make a positive impact in their community, and she is committed to utilizing her skills and experience to make a difference. |

Jessica Lento
Product Control Officer Jessica Lento, the Product Control Officer at Simple Truth Foundation, is married and was born in Miami. She is one of seven children, including three sets of twins, of which she is a part.
Jessica graduated from South Dade High School and pursued further education at Miami Dade College. Having dedicated the past decade to the Simple Truth Foundation, Jessica's enthusiasm and steadfast kindness have played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce. Her innate leadership qualities and deep-seated desire to assist others resonate with everyone she encounters. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jessica's passions include her family, friends, music, and her love for animals. |
