We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of the Simple Truth Foundation Pantry at the AdventHealth Lake Placid Campus! Located at 1210 US Hwy 27N, Lake Placid, FL 33852, this pantry location will offer convenient access to healthy food resources for AdventHealth team members.
🕒 Online Order Pickup: Non-Pay Fridays | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pickup will be available directly from our pantry delivery vehicle for quick, easy, and efficient service.
